Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturer defects. If you feel you received a defective product, please contact us. Because dogs will be dogs, normal wear and tear and/or damage is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee. Collars are not guaranteed or recommended for use under any tieout circumstances.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Hand and Paw. If for any reason, you are not delighted with any merchandise you buy from us, just return it in “as purchased” condition within 30 days. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Any return shipped with the free shipping coupon code that causes the original order to fall below $50 will result in a $4.75 service charge. In the case of exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping charges ($4.75 in most cases). Please allow 7-10
business days for returns & exchanges to be processed.

beyond the purchase date will receive store credit.
Our pet toys are durable -- but we know that pets can energetically destroy their toys. We do not provide a 100% guarantee against destruction of our toys by your pets. Because of health concerns no dog toys are returnable once used under any circumstance. We are a small handmade company with a small dedicated staff-- but we are human. Shipping
We strive to ship our orders promptly. Our goal is to ship by the next day,
but sometimes if we are very busy it may take two to three days. We ship using USPS. We have found the US Post Office to be the most cost effective and reliable method. Shipping costs are based on weight and how far the package must travel. If you would like a different method please contact us or leave a note at check out.
